The Commission has published provisional students’ voters’ nominal rolls in the University’s website in line with schedule 3 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Student Elections, 2017.
The purpose of this announcement is to direct that all students do inspect and verify their details as captured in the provisional nominal rolls from Monday, October 26, 2020 to Sunday, November 1, 2020.
After the expiry of the period as communicated herein, the Commission shall revise the Students’ Register of Voters to take into account any changes in particulars arising out of the verification process and publish the final Students’ Register of Voters online and in such other manner as may be prescribed.
Any identified correction should be forwarded to the Electoral Commission helpdesk on email@example.com.
NOTE that student whose names do not appear on the FINAL VOTERS NOMINAL ROLL shall not be allowed to vote during the students elections scheduled on Friday November 13, 2020.
